Support mothers to discover their own resources to recover from periods of poor mental health and to live life independently with their MH condition. Mother and baby promotes positive MH and wellbeing and provides help and support to mothers who need it. What is it? An opportunity to explore your creative side with guidance from two artists Pippa Hale and David Hawkins to create a joint piece of art for Leeds. What is it? As it says in the name, the garden is on a rooftop and feels like a whole world of its' own. Each week, a friendly group come together to maintain the garden, exercise, enjoy the outdoors, harvest the crops and be in good company.
