What is it? The Present is a 6 week course for women who wish to feel more at ease in their own bodies and a bit safer in their day to day lives. We work towards improved wellbeing by getting more in tune with our bodies and learning some self defence strategies. We use yoga and kung fu to explore different subjects each week e.g. feeling safer, awareness and sensitivity, grounding and centering. What is it? A group for those who want to play pool or snooker and have some social interaction. Drinking alcohol is not recommended or sanctioned.
