About Live Well Leeds

Live Well Leeds is a mental health support service commissioned for 5 years by Leeds City Council and NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to work with adults aged 18+ (17+ if they are transitioning from children’s mental health services) who have mild to moderate mental health support needs, throughout the Leeds Metropolitan District or registered with a Leeds GP as defined by NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

Live Well Leeds is formed by 16 organisations which includes Touchstone, Community Links, Leeds Mind, Advonet, ABA Leeds, Basis, GATE, BID, St.Georges Crypt, Leeds Irish Health and Homes, Oblong, New Wortley Community Centre, LS14 Trust, Health for All, Hyde Park Source, Shantona and Space2.

Live Well Leeds deliver a range of services that include one to one support, group support, peer support, befriending and volunteering opportunities. All services are based around recovery, maintaining wellbeing and social inclusion.

Live Well Leeds went live on the 1st April 2018, existing Community Based Mental Health Services run by Touchstone, Community Links and Leeds Mind became part of Live Well Leeds.
