What is it?

Wellbeing group for women. Peer support group for women of all ages. Learn coping strategies to improve your mental health and socialise with women who for whatever reason are struggling with low level mental health issues such as anxiety, low mood, social isolation etc. Learn new skills and make friendships along the way.
