What is it? Dosti means friendship in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Gujarati. The service offers individual and group support to meet the diverse needs of South Asian women. Our staff speak various Asian languages, and we offer culturally appropriate activities to support people to improve their wellbeing and mental health. What is it? At Aasra Carers group, we support and promote positive mental health & wellbeing of unpaid carers through various activities. Every 4 weeks we will focus on learning a new art or skill to help build on your strengths and to improve quality of life. Anyone over 18+ from diverse community is welcome to join our groups.
