What is it? The sensory relaxation group allows a space in your week to prioritise your own well-being through engaging the five senses. What is it? As it says in the name, the garden is on a rooftop and feels like a whole world of its' own. Each week, a friendly group come together to maintain the garden, exercise, enjoy the outdoors, harvest the crops and be in good company.
