What is it? Mon Café is a group session that supports women 18+ (mental health & wellbeing) from a culturally diverse/religious background specifically south Asian community. The group is a safe place for those who need support from a holistic and personal approach to help recover and heal from mental health and improve wellbeing. What is it? This is a wellbeing support group for women who no longer have their children in their care. Come along and find comfort and friendship from other mothers with similar life experiences. Support each other and look towards a brighter future. We are a non-judgmental, friendly and supportive group. How do I join? What is it? The service offers individual and group support to meet the diverse needs of South Asian women. Our staff speak various Asian languages, and we offer culturally appropriate activities to support people to improve their wellbeing and mental health. What is it? Heart 2 Art is a supportive art group facilitated by a professional artist Kevin Hickson based at Space2. It is filled with discussion about arts, crafts and mental health. Artist Kevin Hickson has been working with the participants on various visual arts techniques, such as painting, printing and collage, and the participants have produced beautiful pieces of art. Group also participates in some of Space2 exhibitions and events. How do I join?
