What is it? The Present is a 6 week course for women who wish to feel more at ease in their own bodies and a bit safer in their day to day lives. We work towards improved wellbeing by getting more in tune with our bodies and learning some self defence strategies. We use yoga and kung fu to explore different subjects each week e.g.  feeling safer,  awareness and sensitivity, grounding and centering. What is it? A group for those who want to play pool or snooker and have some social interaction. Drinking alcohol is not recommended or sanctioned. What is it? A relaxed unstructured group with light warm snacks provided in a welcoming atmosphere. Our staff speak various Asian languages, and we offer culturally appropriate activities to support people to improve their wellbeing and mental health. What is it? To participate in activities delivered built around the mother’s needs. Support mothers to discover their own resources to recover from periods of poor mental health and to live life independently with their MH condition. Mother and baby promotes positive MH and wellbeing and provides help and support to mothers who need it.
