What is it? Dosti means friendship in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Gujarati. The service offers individual and group support to meet the diverse needs of South Asian women. Our staff speak various Asian languages, and we offer culturally appropriate activities to support people to improve their wellbeing and mental health. What is it? During these sessions we will be looking at Irish folklore, history, and crafts. Exploring new ways of telling stories through mindful art. We will be focusing on 3 projects leading up to the St Patricks Parade which will include, Green Man Masks, Banner, and the Tree of Life. What is it? This is a social group for men who have experienced low level mental health needs. A well-being Check- in followed by friendly chat, but if you are more of a listener that’s fine too. Get support around low level mental health needs. This is a friendly group of men aspiring to enrich their lives by supporting and building each other up.
