Event Series Event Series: THRIVE

Start your week with the THRIVE group. It is a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. We are offering a free 12-week rolling program aimed at building up our personal well-being. This is a space to learn positive habits to incorporate into our daily life, a space to share unique experiences, and an opportunity to grow. Join a session with a topic that interests you or stay for the full 12 weeks and THRIVE topics include depression, anxiety, healthy eating, panic, resilience, anger, exercise, and many more.
