What is it?

This one-day workshop gives you the chance to understand why sleep is so important to our physical and mental health. The session will give you the chance to make your own sleep spray that can aid in sleep. Gain hints and tips on getting a better night sleep. By the end of the session you will leave with your own personalised sleep plan.
