The Present

What is it? The Present is a 6 week course for women who wish to feel more at ease in their own bodies and a bit safer in their day to day lives. We work towards improved wellbeing by getting more in tune with our bodies and learning some self defence strategies. We use yoga and kung fu to explore different subjects each week e.g.  feeling safer,  awareness and sensitivity, grounding and centering. Pool & Snooker

What is it? A group for those who want to play pool or snooker and have some social interaction. Drinking alcohol is not recommended or sanctioned. Open to limited and appropriate people on the case load of Hilary Brooks. How do I join? Eligibility criteria may apply, please speak to your coordinator if you are interested in joining.

Evening Welcome Cafe

DeLacey House De Lacy House, Abbey Road, Kirkstall, Leeds

What is it? A relaxed unstructured group with light warm snacks provided in a welcoming atmosphere. A space to socialise with others in a non-judgemental environment, access mental health support with a support coordinator and gain more information about Live Well Leeds (our groups, volunteering, befriending, our partner organisations).   How do I join?
