What is it? Mon Café is a group session that supports women 18+ (mental health & wellbeing) from a culturally diverse/religious background specifically south Asian community. The group is a safe place for those who need support from a holistic and personal approach to help recover and heal from mental health and improve wellbeing. What is it? If you are interested in poetry or creative writing and have an appreciation of this and want to join with others to explore this, read poems and hear others poems. The group is in its infancy with a view to developing this further possibly in to rap or music dependant on facilities available. It is open to limited and appropriate people on caseload of Hilary Brooks. How do I join? Eligibility criteria may apply, please speak to your coordinator if you are interested in joining
