What is it? Our group welcomes LGBTQIA people of all genders for an hour and a half a week to get together and meet other people from the community. We spend our time chatting about different topics relating to mental health, with some hots drinks and biscuits thrown in too! We will also explore a few creative activities whilst we chat. What is it? Weekly art group to encourage mindfulness and therapeutic outcomes through art practice. No experience necessary, and all materials are provided. How do I join? What is it? A group for those who want to play pool or snooker and have some social interaction. Drinking alcohol is not recommended or sanctioned. Open to limited and appropriate people on the case load of Hilary Brooks. How do I join? Eligibility criteria may apply, please speak to your coordinator if you are interested in joining.

What is it? A relaxed unstructured group with light warm snacks provided in a welcoming atmosphere. A space to socialise with others in a non-judgemental environment, access mental health support with a support coordinator and gain more information about Live Well Leeds (our groups, volunteering, befriending, our partner organisations).   How do I join?
