What is it? This is a quiet, relaxed group. Each session we have a wellbeing focus which we will talk about, and then will have a related activity for everyone to join in. What is it? The LGBTQIA+ Welcome Café is open to anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA+. It serves as a drop-in session, with snacks, hot drinks, supportive conversations, signposting and information about Live Well Leeds, including other groups and volunteering opportunities. What is it? Welcome service users who feel stress with day-to-day activities. Come to unwind and recharge in our neurodivergent-friendly environment, we explore a different sense to help you relax. What is it? An opportunity to explore your creative side with guidance from two artists Pippa Hale and David Hawkins to create a joint piece of art for Leeds. A variety of mediums will be looked at including two and three dimensional art. There will be some excursions. Open to limited and appropriate people accessing St George's Crypt. How do I join? Eligibility criteria may apply, please speak to your coordinator if you are interested in joining.

What is it? As it says in the name, the garden is on a rooftop and feels like a whole world of its' own. Each week, a friendly group come together to maintain the garden, exercise, enjoy the outdoors, harvest the crops and be in good company. What is it? Join us at our Saturday Welcome Café for hot beverages, refreshments and nibbles. Talk with a Mental Health Coordinator about what groups and activities you can get involved with at Live Well Leeds. Or just join us for a cuppa and a chat with other service users. What is it? A space to come together and explore creativity and arts in a safe and non-judgemental space. A time to relax, be with others and build confidence while expressing yourself. What is it? If you are interested in poetry or creative writing and have an appreciation of this and want to join with others to explore this, read poems and hear others poems, this is for you. It is open to limited and appropriate people attending St George's Crypt.

What is it? A relaxed unstructured group with light warm snacks provided in a welcoming atmosphere. A space to socialise with others in a non-judgemental environment, access mental health support with a support coordinator and gain more information about Live Well Leeds (our groups, volunteering, befriending, our partner organisations).   How do I join?
