What is it? Dosti means friendship in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Gujarati. The service offers individual and group support to meet the diverse needs of South Asian women. Our staff speak various Asian languages, and we offer culturally appropriate activities to support people to improve their wellbeing and mental health. Mother and Baby Group

What is it? To participate in activities delivered built around the mother’s needs. Support mothers to discover their own resources to recover from periods of poor mental health and to live life independently with their MH condition. Mother and baby promotes positive MH and wellbeing and provides help and support to mothers who need it. The Lazarus Art Project

What is it? An opportunity to explore your creative side with guidance from two artists Pippa Hale and David Hawkins to create a joint piece of art for Leeds.
