What is it? Mon Café is a group session that supports women 18+ (mental health & wellbeing) from a culturally diverse/religious background specifically south Asian community. The group is a safe place for those who need support from a holistic and personal approach to help recover and heal from mental health and improve wellbeing. What is it? If you are interested in poetry or creative writing and have an appreciation of this and want to join with others to explore this, read poems and hear others poems. The group is in its infancy with a view to developing this further possibly in to rap or music dependant on facilities available. This is for those who want to find out more about the Live Well Leeds group offer, talk about worries, concerns when attending a group as well as discussing the benefits this has on our wellbeing and mental health! What is it? Dosti means friendship in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Gujarati. The service offers individual and group support to meet the diverse needs of South Asian women. Our staff speak various Asian languages, and we offer culturally appropriate activities to support people to improve their wellbeing and mental health. What is it? To participate in activities delivered built around the mother’s needs. Support mothers to discover their own resources to recover from periods of poor mental health and to live life independently with their MH condition. Mother and baby promotes positive MH and wellbeing and provides help and support to mothers who need it. Many services are offered including, counselling, peer support, social prescribing, bereavement support, creative wellbeing activities and MH training and more.   How do I join?
