What is it? The Women's Welcome Café is open to all our Live Well Leeds service users who identify as a woman. It serves as a drop-in session, with snacks, hot drinks, supportive conversations, signposting and information about Live Well Leeds, including other groups and volunteering opportunities. What is it? An introduction to art therapy - to promote wellbeing for all adults living in a Leeds post code area. You don’t have to be skilled at art making just your willingness to take part is all you need. Using art making to explore and find new ways to manage with the stresses and strains of every day life to improve your health and wellbeing.
