The Men’s THRIVE group is a safe, welcoming and supportive environment with male facilitators . We are offering a free 12-week rolling program aimed at building up our personal well-being.
This is a space to learn positive habits to incorporate into our daily life, a space to share unique experiences, and an opportunity to grow. Join a session with a topic that interests you or stay for the full 12 weeks and THRIVE.
