7 week mental wellbeing course. Headspace aims to give participants tools to manage their menatl health, make positive lifestyle changes and increase their emotional resilience. The sessions use ideas from Participatory Education, Peer Support and Cognitive Behavioual Therapy. Themes such as stress and relaxation, worrying, self-care, relationships and communication, motivation and next steps.
